Amanecer (Private) Limited is a Karachi-headquartered conglomerate and holding company, incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017. Our activities include the structured ownership of assets through dedicated special purpose vehicles, strategic investment in listed equities, and three operating divisions: Wealth Manager, Starlight Forge and Amanecer Books.
The name Amanecer — the Spanish word for "dawn" — is more than a brand. It is a philosophy.
